Halifax and eastern Canadian science fiction fans can once again rejoice as the beloved Hal-Con Sci-Fi Fantasy Festival is returning, running November 12-13, 2011. This year's sci fi festival promises to be better than ever - providing fans of both fantasy and science fiction genres the opportunity to come together and celebrate their passions. Our Halifax hotel serves as the ideal home base for this highly anticipated weekend. Hal-Con Sci-Fi Fantasy Festival is the largest sci-fi event of its kind in the maritimes.
Throughout the weekend, visitors will have the opportunity to meet some of the biggest names in the sci-fi and fantasy communities, participate in various work-shops, challenge fellow revelers in gaming tournaments, attend the masquerade ball, and so much more.
