Elements on Hollis The Halifax restaurant, elements on hollis will be opening in September 2011 and will be located in our Halifax hotel. The restaurant will feature a 50-mile diet menu with ingredients from local farmers, producers and markets. To kick off the launch of the new restaurant, elements on hollis is having a recipe contest where your food masterpiece could be part of our new local, fresh menu!
